GSP 1502S is a two-component polyurethane potting compound with a pot life of up to 45 minutes, offering low mixed viscosity and extended open time for improved processing and component wet-out. Once cured, it forms a flexible, UL94 V-0 rated material with good adhesion, thermal conductivity, and reliable electrical properties for electronic encapsulation applications.
