GSP 1542 is a two-component polyurethane structural adhesive system. When applied, it almost instantly becomes a non-sag gel. This tough material bonds very well to many substrates including many plastics, metals and wood. GSP 1542 is a good mix of high shear strength and peel strength. GSP 1542 has good chemical resistance in oil and aqueous environments.
• Convenient 1:1mix ratio
• Contains no solvents. 100% reactive
• Good physical properties and shear/peel balance
• Good balance of chemical resistance
GSP 5550-4 Polyurethane Casting
GSP 5550-4 is a 2 part polyurethane, 50 shore A casting elastomer characterized by easy mix ratio (1:1 by volume), snappy room temperature cure, good adhesion, low viscosity and good physicals. GSP 5550-4 has a good balance of chemical resistance to oils and water. This product is available in black and red and can be delivered in standard dual syringe format or gallons, pails or drums.
GSP 1345 Thermally Conductive 1:1 Potting Compound
GS Polymers GSP 1345 is a truly unique product. Thermally conductive products must be heavily filled, and these fillers often settle out of the components. For formulators, this means that the filler gets put in only one part, and the ratio is sometimes difficult to work with. GS Polymers has developed a proprietary process to ensure no settling of these fillers. Additionally, we've put the system together in an easy-to-handle 1:1 cartridge.
GSP 1345 offers the benefits of heat dissipation required for your part, and the operator-preferred application method. No more premixing of the components, no more awkward ratios. Just more GSP innovation working for you.
GSP 1414 High Temperature Adhesive Sealant
GS Polymers again comes out on the leading edge of polyurethane technology development. GS Polymers has developed a polyurethane that withstands prolonged exposure to temperatures above 230°F. Typically, traditional polyurethane chemistry only withstands temperatures in the 150°F to 200°F range.
How can this technology help you? Polyurethane chemistry is much more cost effective than alternative high temperature options, such as silicones. Polyurethane also offers more flexibility than epoxies, which can traditionally withstand higher temperatures. Give us a call to discuss what we can do for you.
